Therapy

In purely verbal therapy this issue is almost intractable – the origin is so hidden that it hardly matters how long the counselling would be, it is unlikely to be uncovered.

We find the most effective healing procedure is to remember, to recognise and then to forgive.

Strange as it may seem we can remember,. As the ‘event’ took place during our very creation, and as the impact is totally imbued into the cellular structure of our bones and muscles, we need to access buried and sensitive inter-uterine events, feelings and decisions. This has to be at the cellular level as felt in the body in order to bring the fullest possible consciousness to the event. Once understood consciously the disharmony dissipates slowly.

The root cause will seldom be removed totally. It will stay through life, though we can alleviate the intensity of the disturbances it has caused, and turn them into positives to discover what we have gained from the event.

We find that sandplay usually provides the clearest diagnosis. These are the steps in the therapeutic process:

In this deep work remember that

The discerning mind was created much later than this, and does not have a clue.

The emotional body cannot be trusted on its own, for that part in us is too powerfully influenced
by more recent events, beliefs and confusions.

The body remembers well, for the story is written in the cellular structure.

The energetic structure and the soul remember best, for they were present from the beginning.

The exploration needs to be in a very safe and quiet space. It is fine in group work if all those present are sensitive to deep work, and don’t try to intervene or psychically interfere.
